These guys are great. It is good to have a company back that knows how to take care of the customer and to treat them right. Great to do business with. Had a complaint on a tire they put on, they were very helpful and replaced it no questions asked!!!

I don't take my car to shops. They never care about your car like you do but today I had to. Stuby's drove my concerns home when I took my car there. I went in looking for wheels for my car. They don't have a computerized inventory so they needed to try some wheels to see what fit. I ask if they could please use a torque wrench to put my wheels lugs back on. I sat there and watched the tech blast the lugs back on with at least three hits from the impact gun for each lug. He did not use a crisscross tightening pattern he just went around in a circle (You are supposed to do this). He then went to the tool box and grabbed a torque wrench to set it at 89 ft lbs. Of course the wrench clicked on each lug because each lug was already over torqued from an air powered impact wrench.I got home and tried to use my standard method - 1/2" drive 2' bar to remove my lugs. Nope. I had to slip on my 2 foot breaker bar over my standard 2' bar to get the highly over torqued lugs off. The technicians ...
