This shop is what all businesses should strive to be like. My spare tire was stolen from the back of my Jeep on Dec 23 (merry x-mas). I received a check from my insurance company to replace the tire and wheel. After days of looking online for a replacement to no avail I decided to stop at Peterman's. When I walked in the owner, Randy Peterman, came out to introduce himself to me and find out how he could help me. I told him my dilemma and showed him how much money I had to spend. Rather than taking the full amount of money, he showed me a Jeep rim for $50 and a used tire also for $50. After the tire was attached to my tailgate, the technician advised me to buy some locking lug nuts and come back and they will put them on for me. I returned with the locking lug nuts and Randy welcomed me by name and a technician came out to put the locking lug nuts on my spare tire. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating and it was a great experience overall. Next time a meth head steals my tire I won't stress b/c I have Peterman's.

My experience at Peterman's Tire Center was rather enjoyable just walking in you immediately feel a great welcoming sometimes even hug by no other than the owner himself Mr. Randall Peterman. The employees work extremely well together and fast pace without wasting time. For the pricing of the tires i feel like is a great deal for what i got. As you also enter the lobby area you can see for yourself that this place has been passed down from generation to generation based on the photographs mounted along the walls. overall this establishment is very well maintained. This place has been opened for 40 plus years and let me tell you something, Mr. Randy Peterman knows a lot about his tires, he will be honest with you. When you leave this place you will definitely leave with great services and outstanding customer services. I refuse to go anywhere else than Peterman Tire!!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE..VERY AFFORDABLE..New in town, I chose this place because of its excellent reviews. I called them to ask if they would be able to help me with my car. Being a young female, my car knowledge is limited so I was wary of being ripped off. Whoever answered the phone was very friendly and tried to understand what was wrong with the car (bent rim), he even gave me an estimate over the phone. I went there and they didnt have the part I needed, but they referred me to a place around the corner where I go what I needed. They fitted the new rim in 5 minutes, checked the axle and everything else that I was worried about and filled the tires up with air. Most of all they were so reasonably priced i couldnt beleive it! All the guys were so friendly and definately knew what they were doing! I'll never go to a dealership/firestone/goodyear ever again.... these guys are the BEST!

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO PETERMANS FOR ABOUT 2 YRS NOW AND EACH TIME THEY TREAT ME WITH RESPECT. MY FATHER IN LAW REFERRED ME AND HE ALSO USES THEIR SERVICES. I FEEL COMFORTABLE IN THE PRICE AND PRODUCTS THEY SELL ME. BEING A FEMALE I AM NURVOUS WHEN IT COMES TO CAR REPAIR. AT PETERMANS THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN FAIR AND NEVER "RIPPED ME OFF". I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
