Great guy and great service. This guy actually cares for his customers. I could actually have a conversation instead of being told, " Go ahead and have a seat in the lobby, I'll call you in when it's ready." Best experience I've had at an auto repair type of place. People need to definitely go here and get their tires. I'd recommend thus place to everyone. :)

BAD.! I RIDE A SCOOTER I HAD A BLOW OUT. I HAD A WHEEL AND TIRE BUT WANTED IT PUT ON MY RIM SO I PUSHED IT TO EASTSIDE TIRE AND WHEEL... ONLY TO BE TOLD NO WE CAN NOT TAKE THE WHEEL OFF FOR YOU WE CAN NOT WORK ON THEM...OK..SO I DECIDE TO LEAVE AS IM LEAVING THEY COME OUT.. IT IS SNOWY AND COLD.. I ASKED FOR A USE OF THEYR IMPACT, NO THE BOSS SAID.. BUT THAT THEY COULD SWAP TIRES AFTER I HAD BOTH OFF... YAY!! SO I STARTED TO TAKE MY OWN WHEEL OFF.. ONLY TO BE TOLD TO LEAVE .. I WOULD NOT TAKE ANY ONE HERE I PUSHED MY SCOOTER HOME AND SAWPED TIRES MYSELF BY HAND THANKS RUDE JERKS WHO REFUSE TO HELP A NEEDY SOUL ON A COLD DAY ..

These guys have NEVER failed me!!! Even when they were on Michigan and Sherman the service and price was and still is better than I found anywhere else! No surprise in a failing economy they're are still in business. See you soon guys and thanx for the hard work!!!Big Black guy that tips!!!
